100K Rogue Budget kit Rogue Build - Dark and Darker

The first priority in a budget kit is reaching 15 Str in the cheapest way. Some blue rivets (+4) and a blue shadow mask (+2) will do the job. Then your priority is to get true phys on a good number of items, as high ms as possible. Your first upgrades should be either your Loose trousers (to purple), Quickness rings or the lightfoot boots. Run rupture when you're low gear, once you get better gear, try cutthroat.
Blue rondel with Added weapon damage + Max health (not bonus) - 180 G
Blue Shadow mask with Max health - 125 G
Blue Frost amulet - 140 G
Blue Riveted with True Phys - 180 G
Blue Adventure's Tunic ( can be green as well) with Dex/Action speed- 150/100 G
Adventure's Cloak with True Phys - 270 G
Green Quickness Rings with True Phys - 195 G
Green Loose Trousers (better if blue, more expensive by 30-40 G) with Max health - 145 G/ 175 G
Blue Lightfoots with added ms or ms bonus (ms bonus usually cheaper) - 250-400 G Depending on the market.
Green Hand crossbow with Added damage - 60-70 G
In total build comes to 1665 - 1815 G as a starting point, but that's just the minimum for a functional rogue kit. With this you'll be hovering around 321-324 MS with weapons sheathed, + 6 true phys, 23-26% action speed.
